My Approach
I am a person-centred therapist but will sometimes integrate other approaches into my practice.
In therapy I will offer you a safe, confidential place to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable.
I will work at creating the right environment in which you are able to do this, which will allow you to develop a greater understanding of your own thoughts, feelings and meanings.
I am not there to analyse you or give advice, but instead to be along side you, support you and help you explore and make sense of your life and how you experience the world. This will enable you to find your own 'answers' and find your own way forward.
